Uralla Art Exhibition and Sale

The Uralla Art Exhibition and Sale is a cherished annual tradition celebrating the artistic talent of local and regional artists with usually around 500 art works on display.  This vibrant event offers a diverse display of paintings, sculptures, photography, and more.  All art works are for sale.

There is a very popular Schools Section with entries from Pre, Primary and High Schools in the Uralla Shire Area, has become a major feature of the Art Show. We have a Guest Artist who is the featured artist for the event, meaning they are able to display many artworks without paying entry fees, and in return they give tours of the Show for school groups who visit, provide talks and art classes.

Friday night is Opening Night where, in the past, the local Hospitality students at the Uralla Central School have catered for the event with canapés.  Also included is a Dinner in the Art evening which usually attracts around 120 people and a local caterer is engaged.

Local businesses support the Show which runs for multiple days. The whole town is behind the annual exhibition with overwhelming sponsorship and financial support to enable it to continue to be held, which in turn supports the businesses and community in a circular economy.          

Funds raised by the event go towards supporting community projects.
